2. 📜 Terms of Service
2.1 Client Engagement
All services require a signed proposal, scope of work (SoW), or retainer agreement before work commences.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content approval, and assets.
2.2 Service Delivery Timelines
Timeframes are agreed per project. Delays due to client inaction may alter delivery schedules and incur holding fees.

3.2 Payment Terms
50% deposit upfront (project work), remaining upon delivery
Retainer fees billed monthly in advance (via Direct Debit or invoice)
Late fees apply after 7 days: 2% monthly interest + £25 admin charge

4. 🔐 Data Privacy Policy (UK GDPR-Compliant)
4.1 Data We Collect
Contact details (name, company, email, phone)
Project details and creative assets
IP address and site analytics (if using Blaze-hosted tools)
Social media performance metrics (via integrations with APIs)
4.2 Purpose & Lawful Basis
We collect data to:
Deliver contracted services (legitimate interest/contractual basis)
Improve service experience (legitimate interest)
Comply with UK tax, legal, and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
4.3 Data Sharing & Storage
Stored securely on UK/EU-based encrypted cloud servers
May share with sub-contractors under NDA

5. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Retainer Clients
Cancellable with 30 days’ written notice
No refunds on partially used periods
Pre-paid creative work non-refundable after approval phase begins
5.2 Project Clients
Cancellation before production starts: 80% refund
After kickoff: deposit non-refundable
Custom content created remains owned by Blaze until full payment
6. 📢 Advertising Standards Compliance
Blaze Podium abides by:
Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Codes
CAP Code and BCAP Code
FCA regulations for financial promotions
Misrepresentation Act 1967 (truthful claims)
Client is ultimately responsible for verifying product/service claims. Blaze will flag any compliance issues but does not provide legal sign-off.
7. 🧠 Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All creatives (logos, designs, ad copy) are the property of Blaze Podium until full payment is received.
Upon payment, IP rights are transferred to client, except:
Stock assets (licensed)
Blaze templates or tools (licensed use only, not transferable)
7.2 Portfolio Rights
Blaze Podium may showcase completed projects in portfolio, case studies, or award entries unless client opts out in writing.
8. 📦 Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Blaze Podium may use tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Semrush, etc.
Clients must maintain access credentials (admin or shared) unless otherwise agreed.
Blaze is not responsible for outages or limitations of these third-party platforms.
9. ⚖️ Legal Compliance
We are governed under UK law and comply with:

Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
Digital Economy Act 2017
UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018
HMRC tax and invoicing regulations
Disputes shall be resolved through UK courts under the jurisdiction of England & Wales.
